TERMINOLOGY:

Application: Mean the KeelX Talk application which can be downloaded in iOS and Android version.

Dashboard: Means the web-based dashboard of KeelX Talk which is accessed by the Users to communicate with the Registered Users and apply the Services.

Website: Means www.keelxtalk.io. This term for the needs of this Privacy Policy includes the Website and/or Dashboard and/or Application.

 

To perform our business functions and to provide high-quality services, KeelX Limited (hereinafter called “KeelX”) needs to collect and use personal data.

By accessing KeelX Talk application, you voluntarily and willingly provide certain information, including personally identifiable information, that includes all types of information whether recorded in electronic or other formats, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is collected to provide our Services, and which are essential to us being able to provide effective care and support. KeelX directly or through its third-party service providers only collects personal data in cases where this is relevant to provide its Services and also when it is relevant to your activity inside the application.

However, providing your personal data is not a precondition of submitting a report. Users are given the option to retain their anonymity while navigating the application.

Sensitive personal data will be processed in such a way of having the least impact on your rights and interests, and proper security measures will be put in place to protect data security. KeelX has taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

If you have any reluctance about providing and/or sharing information via the KeelX Talk application, you should restrict from giving the information; and, if you already have, you should ask for your personal data to be erased.

Your Personal data will be held securely using appropriate technical and organizational measures and not disclose your Personal Data to anyone outside its own group, or to any person or entity outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except and to the extent both:

TalkJS is the data processor and data controller of all the personal data that are provided by the users via the KeelX Talk application.

TalkJS is a European company, and all user data is stored in the EU by default. TalkJS is fully compliant with GDPR and they deeply care about the privacy and security of your data.

TalkJS is in turn utilizing a number of cloud providers to process users’ data.
